Regarding the summer transfer debacle, he may likely have wanted replacements for vital areas, but couldn't get the deals done due to a variety of reasons. Not all his fault, but i believe the strategy could have been better implemented as a whole.

The second half demise is a problem that has dated back prior to Ole arriving. But nothing remarkable has seemed to change for the better overall since his tenure here. The players seem to revert back to type when the game resumes. Frustrating as it is.

It's clear we need better players coming in. The next summer window is vital we get ideal replacements in. January windows are only a stop gap.

Just watching Leicester at Palace, forget about getting to City or Liverpool level were miles behind this lot.

Tactically Rodgers is streets ahead of Ole and built a great foundation for Klopp to take over if it wasn’t for slippy G he would be the one with all the accolades.

This is one of the few times I agree with all of the posts. "Out of his depth" is something I keep hearing and I think that's the truth of it. Ole's intentions are noble and he's done some things well, but overall he's tentative on his tactics and subs, and doesn't have a "big picture" outlook yet. This isn't the best club to learn coaching basics at when you're the head coach, and I wonder how effective Ole's coaching staff really is? As much as I respect Mick and Mike, I wonder if they're contributing anything substantial to help Ole during a match -it doesn't seem so.

He's got a lot more experience than Ole as well - it's not a fair comparison. What we need is a way to get Ole up to speed, as he's not going to be sacked any time soon. To be fair, Rodgers failed miserably at Liverpool, even though his coaching methods seemed like a fresh breath of air, after Kenny and Souness especially. Ole needs support and an assistant who can help him make decisions during matches, and he doesn't have one. I had thought Phelan was brought in for that very reason?

No - Winning with Ole was not as convincing as Rodgers winning - LCFC looks miles more attacking, well balanced, yet more dangerous than United's in the early Ole's Managerial days. You could easily see they can score in any minute
