He has always had poor in game management. But now we are seeing this plus poor chat in the media plus questionable commitment from manager and players.

Who ever comes in will need to spend big money to improve that squad, over to you Levy

I think it's like what Carra said on MNF that this team has just run its course and they need to rebuild a new team. I'd flog Kane, get some dosh in and spend it wisely on up and coming youth like we have. Sprinkle a couple of older more established players and they can go again. Shame, although the tripe that goes on here, they're a good team and a good club. They just have a penny pinching chairman who appears to be holding them back. He makes great decisions in some areas, like commercially, but when it comes to the team he just procrastinates and haggles too much in negotiations which clearly fecks them up. I say keep Poch, just phase this team out. I'd probably sell Ali as well, he's not performing and he probably still has decent value to be reinvested.

Well we already know that’s not going to happen, so you better come up with a plan B.

Plan B is we keep Pochettino and stay as we are, try to improve marginally but will be a long season

Poch has been a defensive manager who worked to have the fittest, hardest running team possible.

He's been handed the players rather than much selection. And he's had players sold or left Without any input either.

In the end he's played two defensive cms pretty much constantly and had the best out of eriksen especially.

At their best

.................Lloris(was in prime)
Walker alderweireld vertongen rose (all in prime)
....Wanyama/dier sissoko/dembele
..........Alli eriksen son
..................Kane

So they basically have seen full backs leave, replacements being poor, midfield fall apart. A lot of players aging but most of all injuries to kane and alli just dropping their levels.

In short he's had his best side age (especially at the back), he's had the midfield not being replaced and the best players have been I hired or want to leave!

The only consolation for poch is that klopp had it all go wrong in his last year at dortmund and that got thrown in his face until he got the team he wanted through good calls and backing.

Poch needs the right club who will back him. He will build a team that's very hard to beat but needs forwards to go do the job as well.

In short thats not man Utd. The decisions there mean there's so much work to do he needs the right backing and woodward has already shafted 3 managers.

Spurs best current 11

Gazzaniga
Walker Peters alderweireld vertohgen rose. See the issue
Winks nombele alli
Moura Kane son

They are really struggling to transition the team.

I don't rate sanchez
Dier is muck, he need to get fit again.
Alli is miles off.
Eriksen is gone
Lamela is muck. Period.
Aurier is a joke.
Wanyama shouldn't be done but looks it.
Sessegnon is not fit.

Worryingly Kane is very static and needs the team to make him chances, he's a goal scorer but the injuries have slowed him up. They need to change how they play to work round him and 4231 is not it.

Spurs need to sell their best player and reinvest all along with their budget and rebuild a pretty average squad at present

This is a long process and there is no way Poch will be there to see this through

He'll be gone around Christmas
