Niko Kovac

Sacked by Bayern 10 games into the season. He won the league and cup double in 2018/19.

Kovac was sacked this evening after Bayern lost 5-1 to Eintracht Frankfurt, their second defeat of the season. Funnily enough Kovac's first Bayern game was a 5-0 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt and Bayern also secured the title with a 5-1 win over the same side last season. What goes around comes around.

This is what big clubs do.

Pochettino should jump at the opportunity to manage Bayern

I thought this was going to say he should replace Emery. Better than appointing Maureen.

Bayern Munich want a manager who can speak German. So logical choice is Arsene Wenger

Would kovac be any good at Arsenal? Don’t know much about him.

Emery is lucky to still be in a job, there are many clubs that would have sacked him after the Europa league final and that bad end to the season. But we backed him in the window and have given him this season. So far we’re getting no return from him. I gave him benefit of the doubt this year and thought he’d have us properly challenging for top 4, and there was times last season I was impressed with what he was doing with the club. But Unfortunately now it’s just not working

If they are having doubts about pulling the trigger hopefully what's going on at Bayern will make them see what it takes to be a big club and we supposedly still see ourselves as being a big club. It's the only logical course of action to give him his marching orders.

Kovac did an incredible job at Frankfurt, but the Bayern job was simply too big for him. He wasn't able of dealing with the pressures and expectations that came with being in charge of a huge institution like that.

I'm not saying we are bigger than Bayern, as we're not, but I don't think he has it within him to transform our fortunes.

I'd put him in a similar bracket to Emery. Good manager, but not capable of what we need.

Emery is an average manager and is doing an average job with this squad. Wenger was an elite manager who turned into a good manager and was slated and under appreciated. In his last couple of years he finally became average and sacked

Silly Arsenal fans are now starting to realise that cconstanly moaning about a manager who had 20 odd years in top four was a mistake as they now see how difficult it is to maintain that standard. What we wouldnt do to go back to being a consistent top four that won pretty much every home game in style like the Wenger days

Winning the league with Bayern is like throwing darts at Harry Kane’s chin, would be embarrassing if you couldn’t.

Emery himself would win the Bundesliga with Bayern ffs

45 wins in 65. 2 defeats out of 10 in the league and sitting 4 pts of the top. Sacked.

Arsenal....let's wait a bit shall we? JUST to make sure Emery is that poor right? Ffs....get rid of him

Maybe we should go for Sol Campbell
He is an ex double winner and invincible
