We are playing terrible football with terrible results. Players want to leave.
Players have gone backwards under him.
His recent signings have been terrible
His team selections have been poor
His in game management is terrible, we have thrown away soooooo many leads
He doesn't know his best side and continually tinkers
players look shot of confidence
In squad fighting
Poch himself seems like he has given up, hands in pockets, shrugging shoulders
Every year he sends cryptic leaving messages to the media
We have gone TEN MONTHS without an away win

Ive enjoyed a lot of Poch's reign, and i will always remember him fondly, but for me this squad needs a change. I think there are some good players still in there that need a new manager to bring out their best. Something Poch can no longer do.

Under the circumstances I do wonder how much more he can get out of these players. It's why he wanted to shift so many and bring new players in, and we've only half done that. There's only so much you can do with players that have mistakes in them or don't want to be at the club and are not upping their own game.

Lucas is one you can argue he should get more out of with his limited time on the pitch. Dele too maybe although he needs to look at himself? Sure he should have given GLC more time yesterday but he and Sessegnon have been injured.

We've come full circle and need to move the dregs on before we can move properly forward.

He`s right, it did change the game and it cost us 2 points
