Yes, that's Liverpool, despite Klopp's early years anti-extravagant spending on individual players, and the petroleum City
What;s this got to do with Spurs?
Ask yourself, where would this two clubs would be without those money spent? Karius anyone? Lovren?
That's why what Poch is doing to get Spurs in the CL final in one year, and in the top 4 all these years is nothing short of a miracle on such a modest budget. Other managers couldn't hack that
For those Spurs fans rambling on about Poch and questioning his methods, they should do well to remember how much Van Dijk or Allisson cost Liverpool. Not mentioning other purchases they did, including Keita and Mane.
Spurs fans should ask what is Levy doing to back the manager, to help the side to achieve the transition in quick time?

Selling a few players to Bmouth, Coutinho helped is buying worldclass players.
I remember when we bought Firmino,Mane and Salah and Arsenal, Man United and Spurs fans laughing at those transfers.

Poch has spent more than Chelsea since his arrival.
This idea that Spurs work on a shoestring budget needs to stop. It's complete ballacks.

Yup I agree with that. Pochettino has had money to spend, just spent it not very wisely. You would think Spurs had not spent any money for the last decade according to some of our supporters. Only this summer Pochettino broke the club record signing. His excuse about lack of funds has absolutely no substance. He is just not a very good manager now.

Yes, Pool have spent a fortune but are still way behind Mansour`s couple of billion.
Pool biggest and best signings over the years though, have been the majority of PL referees, you can not put a price on referees influencing games in your favour.
Just take a careful watch of how Michael Oliverpool referees Pool v City this afternoon for all the proof you need.
