Mowbray is old school – in a good way. He's a quiet, unassuming bloke and honest, and he sees the same qualities in Bielsa. He's right about Bielsa – if we got promoted, the mind boggles to think about the impact he'd make there.

Mowbray, a class act, of course, what do you expect from old school managers, like guys like him. Down to earth salt of the earth people. Wish there were more like him, Wilkinson, and Bielsa...
