He is error prone, has ordinary distribution and gets caught out positionally at times. Then another day he can look top class, time will tell whether he can become consistent enough. He still has time on his side to improve further, but we still need to bring in at least 1 proven CB and probably 2.

we have far far bigger issues at the club than sanchez......

like whoever plays alongside him !

You can easily make an argument for us needed a whole new defence, including keeper, going into next season

Look at the 5 who started against the blades

Gazza and Sanchez are fine, the others are not quite the best in the world.

Bournemouth wanted 70m for Ake in the summer. I don't think Levy will sanction that. Dier a d Sanchez will replace Toby and Verts as the first choice CB pairing next season.

I'd have Sanchez over ake, any day. I don't see ake getting too much better but I think Sanchez has the potential to go up a few levels with a decent bit of coaching.
