The very last thing we need right now is yet another managerial change.

We need continuity and stability above anything. The job is Ole’s until the end of the season, at least, and I’d give him two unconditionally.

I honestly don't get why people want Poch. For most of 2019 in the PL his side has been conceding tons of chances and creating near the fewest. They have been playing like a relegation side for most of 2019 in PL. Thats with a side when motivated that can reach CL final but they seem to play with no tactics or get outplayed in nearly every PL game in 2019.

Spurs have created the 19th most big chances in the PL and are top on saves with 56 with next most at 51.

One of the worst managers in the league doesn't deserve the Man Utd job. Let's not forget he got less points than LVG in same period they managed in PL and had a worse h2h.

I think he needs a break. I also think our setup is not made for success at this moment in time. Poch will tear up the current plans on motion. Ole may not be the best coach but he can help steer us into the right direction. Whether he'll reap the rewards of it or not is yet to be seen.

The other issue is his reluctance to want to win it all at Tottenham give me question marks of whether he really could be a top top manager. People like SAF, Pep, Jose, Etc. Want to win it all. Yet he seemed to project an image of one not caring about the domestic cups. It could be the reason why his team lacked "bottle" when they needed it.
