The board is lively today over the new manager`s appointment.
It`s going to be one hell of a ride with Mourinho at the helm. One of the world`s great managers, whatever you think of him personally, has rocked up at WHL.
So where will it take us, hopefully to winning trophies. Been far to long without them, just two league cups and one FA cup in 30 years. All need to get on board now, and this could be one great era now. I have a feeling the players will suddenly start upping their game again.
First up West Ham away, not taking a lot of notice of this match, manager will have little time to get his team up for this. The first real test will be Bournemouth at home on 30th November, the sort of game our last manager has regularly been messing up for most of 2019.
I am very, very excited about this appointment, and will be getting fully behind the manager.

Sandy.
My main issue is that he WAS one of the world's best managers.
But he hasn't been anywhere near that for 4 or 5 years.
It's like saying 'let's sign Rooney, he is one of the world's best players'.
Mourinho in his prime could walk in to any team in the world, improve them and win things. But at Utd he was laughably bad, ruined players, looked like he hated the whole sport, played appalling football, blamed everyone other than him, moaned at everything, wasted SO MUCH money, then walked away. He ruined that club in the short term.
His second stint at Chelsea wasn't too dissimilar
So which Jose do we get? If it's the former, brilliant. But - genuine question - why are you so sure that he will be a success and why are you overlooking his two most recent managerial stints?
I'm genuinely interested. I respect your opinion and I'm not on the wind up.

The one thing that pisses me off badly is the baldy never paid our players what they were due, like Eriksen on £85k a week for six years? and yet the baldy give himself a massive wage and now pays £15m for Jose?
Its like the tories who for years were crying austerity and now that we have gen election, suddenly they've found extra money?

Look mate, nothing is ever set in stone, but the current situation at Spurs is worse than I can ever remember. So he really doesn`t have a lot to follow. Disagree he is past his best as well mate. He has won a Prem, European Trophy and domestic trophy in the past four years, which is as much as every Spurs manager in the past 30 years has won.
