Because you can't sign managers employed by another club.

Thought managers could buy out their contracts if they wanted?

Does he want to, though? And does Arsenal want him?

Cobblers. A Manager can either resign or a club can buy out his contract.

That's not relevant to what I was asking, more just a general question it would be good to get some clarification on

Whoever comes got the same problem. A fanbase that makes the job twice as hard. Doesn't matter anyway. Whoever it is will be hounded out too by end of 20/21 season after not challenging for the title.

Too many Wenger babies have made themselves part of the problem, not the solution. In doing so they've made/are making the problem bigger and far worse. We need to bring more players in and more importantly keep the top ones we have.

So what are the fans doing? Booing, beying slating players who don't even deserve it, whilst biggin up a man who cba to play. Screaming for manager's head, abusing player's families. REAL good advert to come join Arsenal for an uphill fight huh??

People better get a grip or we're stuffed come Jan because if I was a footballer with a pick of Prem clubs. Right now, you couldn't pay me enough money to join AFC. Too many other top clubs with fans who are behind their team and players. So no need to put up with this sh!t.

Blaming everything on the fans is a lazy and inaccurate trope. Fans want to see the team do well and none of them pay all that money just to set out to destroy players or managers. They react to what they see on the pitch, and at the moment Emery and his team are serving up utter garbage.

Up until recently, we had a home record on a par with the best teams in the league but our away record was relegation form. Where does the terrible fans theory come in to explaining that?
