You always have to temper your enthusiasm with Jose as the next "blow up" can only be around the corner BUT regardless whether you like him as a person (I respect Sizzle's View) there are 2 areas where he's streets ahead of Poch.....
1) TACTICS.... with a half decent squad there isn't anyone i would pick over Jose to win a game if with your house on the line. There is no way with Jose in charge we would have put up such an inept performance in the CL final. Where as Poch almost seemed shocked/ overwhelmed to be there.... That's Jose's office.. its where he does his best work... There's no way he would have left Madrid without the big cup. Ugly/ nasty game... he doesn't give a shlt. Liverpool were there for taking and we froze as our manager was out of his depth... miracles only get you so far. Jose would have got it done, regardless of the start, changed plans after that pen and found a way. If Kane started on the bench so be it..... Thankfully Kane now isn't the biggest ego in the club & that's a good thing !!!... If the Liverpool loving purists didn't like it, he'd hold up 3 fingers and tell them to go fack themselves.
2) MAN MANAGEMENT..... Yeah, we all love Poch !!! We get it, Fans, players, media, Sizzle (a little too much) but we all know where nice guys come !!!!! In the space of week..... Calling out Dele (Are you Dele or Dele's brother) look what happens.. v different approach from Poch saying we "hope he will find some form"....zzzzzz. As for Eriksen, instead of the bollix from Poch about him playing at the same level as previous seasons....... Jose immediately addressing the problem.... "Form is not good enough, Distracted by talk of a move elsewhere and if you are not committed to Spurs I'm not committed to play you"..... Now fack off and think about you overrated little pu55y.
Love him or hate him, everyone at Spurs is now gonna be held accountable. Took him 5 seconds to spot that Sissoko charging up and down the field with no quality and no defensive nouse was like playing with 10 men (no wonder our form has gone to shlt since he became a regular starter.
B1tch & moan about spending and Levy all you like but Jose at Spurs was 1000% the RIGHT THING TO DO.
Lets hold off on the Billy Nic comparisons, some of our fans are way too quick to announce greatness (see the pathetic overreaction to the Poch Sacking) but make no mistake, Spurs & Jose are only going in one direction & i have a sneaky feeling the rest of the league is a little uneasy about it

People have been so caught up in a short term trophy they are willing to let it all go for it. Spurs approach has been for as long as I remember to progressively get better to the point where we have a chance to compete regularly.
I would not be happy with Mourinho winning the FA Cup and then our club going back to the Europa League every season after because we've neglected player investment etc.

Tbh, we've never been in a better position like Poch has left us in, right now. Also, the club has made the jump from only being able to handle 36k fans in the stadium to further 20k more. All this helped a lot to generate a far better impression of the club.
Now Jose gives it the gloss that Levy was craving, after Poch steadied and taken us to the magic lands, like CL final.
Maybe Joe and Levy are putting the club in a window shop?
