Ten Hag will see the season out with Ajax if he has any sense.

Not only will it give him the opportunity to collect more silverware and increase his prestige, but it will also increase his bargaining power with whichever club he fancies joining, considering that Bayern, Arsenal, very likely Barça, and quite likely two or three more of the European heavyweights are going to be in the market for a new manager.

The only way I can see him ditching Ajax before that is if he has a club he absolutely dreams of managing and is offered a deal that´s impossible to refuse on a 'now or never' basis.
