Terrible thing to watch quite frankly. Did he really thought he was going to get away with it?
I Wonder what they must be saying in Bulgaria this morning. We got on our high horses a few weeks ago after the incidents in Sofia with England and then yesterday happened.
Not to mention another recent incident in an FA Cup match when players walked off the pitch because their black keeper was a victim of horrible racist abuse , had things thrown on him and was even spat on by away "fans"
About time we got off the high horses in this country on the issue of racism in football. All this talk about us having come a long way from the dark days of the 1970s and 1980s is fair enough but when you read about the match day experience of certain fans and players especially in the lower divisions today , it's rather disappointing.
Fair play to Man City though. They've taken swift actions about those incidents yesterday and have acted responsibly and professionally.
Let's hope that fat stupid imbecile can only watch City on the telly from his bunker from now on , surrounded by his wonderful mates I'm sure.
