The

Just read an interesting article about Rodgers' planning to create a “Leicester way" with the same tactics and style evident across the senior, development and youth teams.

Rodgers said: "Initially, when you come in, you impose your way on the first team, and help the coaches and they work but over time, fundamentally, we would like the team to follow those principles.

Our game has always been based around a playing style at the top level of the game, and that's based around being in balance, through all aspects, so you defend well, press well, have possession of the ball, and counter-attack so we'd hopefully synchronise a style of football throughout the club, and when you have a manager for a longer period of time, that helps.

Yeah, absolutely [I want to build a ‘Leicester way’], and that's the exciting part."

Bodes well for the future and makes integration into the first XI much easier for the youth team players.

The U23's have just won eight in a row too and currently sit one point off top.

The seems to be the only title that will actually publish so The it is 😂

"The Derby way" was the one that came to my mind as well. Made them sound delusional.

Is ‘the Derby way’ a reference to how teams can get relegated with a record low points total. Ahhhh, we did it the Derby way.

With regards to the Rodgers way, let’s avoid pretence by calling it the Studied at Chelsea, honed at Swansea, adapted at Liverpool, evolved at Celtic and adjusted at Leicester kind of way.

I like the club moulding all levels around a way of playing as long as that way is right and suited to the first team players. Let’s be honest, that seems to be the way so no complaining here.

Let’s keep going with the Chelsea, Swansea, Liverpool, Celtic Leicester way 👌

I think we should be serious about this. I’ve heard that the new fitness and nutrition regime that Brendan has brought in allows players to perform based on ensuring that they maintain an optimum weight.

He’s calling it the Leicester weigh way

I've heard that we supporters are expected to adopt the concept as well. On Boxing Day we have to sing "who eat all the pork pies...."
