General Election

Tories 5 stars
Labour 4 stars
Snp 3 stars
Lib Dems 2 stars
Other 1 star

So tomorrow the country will go to the polls yet again and the people will decide whos fit to run for goverment.

Jeremy Corbyn will say Labour offers a "vote for hope", while Boris Johnson will say the Tories are the only party who can "get Brexit done".

Lib Dem leader Jo Swinson will also call on people to back her candidates to stop the UK leaving the EU.

SNP leader Nicola Sturgeon, who is also expected to be making her final pitch to voters, has published an open letter calling Boris Johnson the "greatest danger to Scotland of any Tory prime minister in modern times".

Boris Johnson began Wednesday by doing a milk round in West Yorkshire, saying the election campaign "could not be tighter" and that there is a "real risk again of a hung Parliament".

He said: "The critical risk is very real.

"We cannot have more drift, more dither, more delay, more paralysis for this country."

He will use events throughout the day to stress key Tory pledges on investing in the NHS, raising the number of police officers and bringing in a new immigration system.

Will you be voting,if so who for and why?

<I think you’ll find food banks in most western countries to be honest.>

You are correct Sir.

Germany has seen the fastest rise with the UK in second place.

Conservatives have been in power in Germany even longer than here.

Bout ye mucker.

Good to see anger and or passion is still alive in some of us, mighty.✌

That is a compliment btw, as words and meaning are often misunderstood on social media, even though we know each other.

Once you and I and others stop caring and ranting is when we really start worrying about mankind lol

I was out canvassing for Dodds to counter SF taking once unionist North Belfast and I know the dup have bigoted and dodgy folk on board, but I think we can progress from within loyalism, rather than shout at them from outside.

I noticed more than ever the change in Belfast now, where I was with Dodds and guys I canvassed with as independents 30 years ago, and now the prods were living in the council houses, estates and high rise flats off the Shore Rd, while we saw SF canvass up the road nearby, in the private and big house streets off the poster Antrim Road.

The richest and nicest parts of Belfast are now mostly Catholic and nationalist, which is cool btw, but just highlights how things change.

I can understand your Indy stance now, even though I am unionist minded, and I am more relaxed about a new Ireland coming along, as long as the British and loyalist identity is respected and not removed.....say in a federal or devolved new Ireland.

I can also see English nationalism or patriotism growing and being a positive too, and we saw that new political reality in working class England rejecting Corbynista, even if it was for what some view as the Eton mess Tories.

More working class Tory mps and voters means bojo has to reverse austerity, look after the homeless and hungry and sick, sort out UC, and keep his new vote.

And bin trident....to save billions, fund brexit and hospitals and give me and the dup a new year bung.lol

Happy Christmas comrade, and peaceful new year.

Mon Rangers.😘
