Secret: I try to find humour in everything. If work is shiiiiit, have a laugh with a colleague about just how shiiiiit it is.

Tick: Enough sleep, good food, good company and the ability to faaaack off somewhere as soon as I’m bored.

Grinds: knee jerkery. People who spit when they talk. Shiiiiit uncomfortable sofas.

Vices: Gambling

Music: I like a bit of everything and don’t really have any musical taste if I’m being honest. I was big into Nirvana.

Food: love the stuff, too much. Love a Nandos - mango and lime chicken thighs, 2 lots of peri chips with perinaisse and a bottomless soft drink - all x2

Married, 3 years, 1 child

35, Male, Hertfordshire

I am bigger than I should be, but not really fat. I still play football twice a week, do park run on a Saturday morning, walk over London Bridge for work every week day. At the same time I eat Shiiiiit and can be very lazy.

Left or Right: very topical and I’ve shiiiiit all over the boards with my opinion this morning. I would describe my self as central, ever so leaning to the left. Blair’s Labour being absolutely ideal for me. The current choice is a faaaaacking travesty and I fear for the country.

I comment in fits and bursts on this site, as and when work allows me - currently off work today. I used to be on the old 606 where I used to have a lot of banter with the Blackburn and Villa fans - eyes being a particular sparring partner with his list of top flight points acquired.

I sometimes lower myself to quarrelling with whatever that Moron Maf decides to call himself, although I prefer just reading an Ace diatribe towards him.

I am a season ticket holder at Spurs, and would add to the grinds portion: the inability to get away tickets. What particularly annoys me is that a work with a bloke who gets loads of away tickets despite not ever owning a season ticket. Instead his mates who have them always apply for away tickets and then sell onto their mates, pushing up the loyalty point quota to a level I can never catch up to.

I think you must need at least 250 points for an away tkt.
