With Matip & Lovren both injured, we only have two fully fit centre back's in VVD & Gomez. An injury to one of these would give us serious problems.
Gini, MIlner or Fabinho (when fit) could move to CB but that would weaken our midfield, and it may be too soon for Van den Berg or Hoever.
I do hope we bring in another CB in January - Alderweireld or Ake may be available, and we have been linked with Ben White at Leeds. Unless we go for a short term option like we did with Caulker.

I think we will be looking for a Left back in the summer. Not sure Larouci or Lewis gonna be good enough for the first team.
RB not an issue with TAA & Gomez. Hoever & Neco Williams highly rated.

Lewis and larouci haven't a hope.
right full is survivable. I'd rather a young lad come through than buy another clyne type.

Op ...no I don't think we need any more cbs unless some leave.
Lovren..matip..gomez..VVD with Fabinho filling in as necessary is enough plus we have a couple of youngsters if needed.
Matip and Lovren will.be back in 2 weeks so no problem imo.

Aké is injured and won't be playing footy this year, maybe even more time to recover is needed. He'll also cost a pretty penny and I don't think he'll want to be third choice behind Matip and Gomez/Lovren. Lastly he'll cost way too much for a squadplayer.
Alderweireld is an interesting one. I'd definately welcome him if he's happy to fill in now and then. But let's face it, Klopp isn't going to buy a CB because of injuries. Multiple players can play on multiple positions, there aren't many hard games left to play and Liverpool is enjoying a healthy lead.

the biggest risk we actually have is going off to a warm climate and then coming back to terrible weather here.
pick up a bug or two and we could struggle but imo its the cold weather thats doing all these injuries across the league.
