That's a fair comment!

Apart from one memorable match, I think City fans were fed up with playing Manchester City in the Cup in the mid-late 60’s because we just about lost the lot. I remember all that.

Heading back down the M6, very happy with the win and avoiding the Mancs but how on earth did that game go to pens!

Cue the inevitable 'this should have been at Wembley' from lazy pundits when the two giants face each other in the semis.

Easy. We were terrible in the first half and our threadbare MF just about hung on. Made £100 for getting the 2-2 sore right. The quality of pens won it in the end.
