Mourinho

Mourinho will put square pegs in round holes to fit his systems rather than change his systems to suit the players he has. It's cool when u can get players in, in large numbers. Spurs, with the squad they have now, are massively under achieving this year.

Personally of all the midfielders dier isn't the one I'd pick to build a midfield around

I would instantly take your defenders and midfielders.
Jose is washed up. Has been for a while.

Kane and Son both had good scoring chances in the first half. Had either one been taken it would have been a different game.
Such are the small events upon which these game hang.

I will judge Mourinho when he brings his own players in. At the moment he has the previous managers players at his disposal, a lot of whom are not very good.

Mourinho played right into Chelsea`s hands today by picking the same team, Lampard knew exactly what to expect and he set his team up perfectly. Short sighted by Mourinho thinking that same team could deal with a good Chelsea side, no horses for courses team selection at all, maybe that`s what Mourinho wanted deep down.

The previous manager did not want many of these players either, but the board failed him.

Mourinho made two critical mistakes today, one of which he's made against us before funnily enough. The trust in your defense to play out from the back without the help of a DM to combat our 1st press (which is arguably our strongest quality under Lampard), that was a bit arrogant & he paid for it.

But more importantly his attempt to try and cut off our midfield which allowed our back 3 so much time & space on the ball, assuming they'd made mistakes. He did the same thing vs. Conte when we beat United 4-0 a couple years back. A part of me doesn't blame him as the defense has been our weak link this season but that was a bit naive. The back 3 is definitely his Achilles heel, he's never quite worked out how to defeat it.

So Sandy you admit that this squad needs upgrading, early in the season you said there is nothing wrong with the squad they are all internationals, it's the manager needs to go, your words those
