Predictions and/or Bets

Anyway, it's -7° here with a wind that would chill yer stanes. Two hours ahead so kick off at 2:30 local time and my 'local' have promised to show the game. £4:50 a pint but cheaper than going into town. And anyways,the 'local'has all of these European football scarfs all over the walls and the ceiling. And, gently tucked away behind a seat is a pretty big Celtic flag. That's it, no other Scottish team's colours in evidence. Happy to share photo of this to those whose emails I have (and that's just really to satisfyJunkie the Ft George doubter - mind you they really do have a GREAT cheese pantry - that I was at a few times this year)

I'll be betting Morelos 2-1 in hope more than anticipation although we are a better outfit than of late and i'm not as worried as previous seasons

You lot are much, much better than you have been in previous seasons - I don't think anyone (Timmy?) would argue that point. That's why I've had to go 4-1 to get decent odds on my normal £2 bet. And, just before you mock I started the season with £20 and in a series of high odds £2 bets ( including both Tims v Lazio results) I have just over £100 in my betting kitty.

Normally at this time of year I would scoff at -7c...but we are having a fairly mild spell atm with -8c the lowest in the next week or so. Sounds like a nice place to visit one of these days

In Finnish 'saari' means 'island' so any place name with 'saari' in it, is an island. Oh, and I've bet Frimpong to score anytime.
