Who won the 1st division in 89/90 when you were top of the second?

Can't believe it's 30 years since you last won the top division. And, we won the old 2nd Divn that season, and then won the last 1st Divn title before Sky got their money controlling hands on it.
Good luck this season, hope you win it and we are playing you in the same league next season.

1964 as well both Sides won the league, great club Liverpool but can't forgive there youth walking down Elland Road before the league cup game singing about Turkey,

I was thinking this last time last year wouldnt it be great if Liverpool ended our long title drought and Leeds got promoted back to the PL in the season.

Turns out neither happened for us last year despite getting so close.

Looks good for us both this year though. What a game today. Best of luck lads, hope you do it and we get to welcome you to Anfield as champs next season on opening day.
