De Gea should be 2nd choice

Romero is a far better shot stopper and fills the goal better. If I was the manager I would stop playing DDG unless Romero gets injured. Funny De Gea has 1 clean sheet away which he had 1 easy save and Romero has 3.

Also Rashford isn't good enough. He cost us against Arsenal and Villa when we had a great chance to score he loses possession and we concede instead as he has no footballing intelligence otherwise he would have done much better with that sitter.

Honestly think if we had Romero in goal last season we would easily have finished top 4. De Gea was costing us nearly every game for most of last season and it didn't help our finishing was near leagues worst at same time.

Its amazing OGS gets trolled for players who get paid so much being like the worst in efficiency all over the pitch. Tactically Solskjaer is like the best manager in the league. He schooled Mourinho and Guardiola and even Klopp and made there sides non-existent. Our problem is we gift goals and can't finish to save our lives.

Even Maguire has realised he has gone to a team that used to concede tons of chances to a side that concede very few but concede goals for fun. He has gone from a side one of the most clinical sides to one of the worst in the league. Solskjaer has had to have title winning stats to have average form. We need to play better than a 100 point winning side to get top 4 with this inefficient players.

Since OGS has come in Man Utd in PL last season and this season are 3rd on expected points, 3rd on expected goals, 4th on expected goals against. The problem is we are near least efficient at both ends.

Also for everyone trolling Solskjaer. These are shots for and shots against stat +goals after 21 PL games since SAF left:
2013/14 281 shots for 101 on target 35 goals scored. 251 shots against 83 on target 24 goals against

2014/15 260 shots for 91 on target 34 goals scored. 224 shots against 83 on target 21 goals against

2015/16 243 shots for 79 on target 27 goals scored. 193 shots against 74 on target 20 goals against.

2016/17 350 shots for 123 on target 32 goals scored. 200 shots against 66 on target 20 goals against.

2017/18 294 shots for 103 on target 43 goals scored. 245 shots against 91 on target 16 goals against.

2018/19 276 shots for 136 on target 43 goals scored. 277 shots against 100 on target 32 goals against

2019/20 311 shots for 121 on target 32 goals scored. 211 shots against 79 on target 25 goals against.

“ Tactically Solskjaer is like the best manager in the league.”

Wonderful. Absolutely peak Hafi. I doubt even Ole’s mum believes that.

Naby8 Solskjaer has learnt from SAF. The problem is we got useless players. I think this is the worst squad we had in the PL.

Agree DeGea needs a kick up the backside, and maybe a time on the bench will do him and the team good.
Romero deserves it.
DeGea doesn’t fulfil all the tangibles that make for the best all round keeper. But easily one of the best in the world on his day. He does make up for his lack of presence, it’s just when it costs us a goal, he looks bad.

Rashford just turned 22. He has a great future.
Maybe he isn’t Mbappe. More instinctive than a baller.
There are similarities between him and James.
Everything is quick. That’s their style. The footballing intelligence, is another matter.
Some get it right away, some over time and, some never, mainly due to their abilities. You mad, Rashford didn’t look up before he shot, stop on a penny, watch the Def slide on by, and pass it in.
Henry he isn’t. But the kid is a talent.

And for all the stats you provided, in the defence of Ole,
I simply say to you, I’m going by the Optics.
I see what I see... and I don’t feel good.
You’ve heard this before I’m sure, but stats can be skewed to anyone’s favour in a debate.
Let’s count on the one’s that matter.

I think DDG should get a pay rise for having to cope with Ole's instructions to flap at crosses, not command his defence and to hug his goal line.

Agree on Romero replacing De Gea in goal ASAP. This doesn't mean his a better goalkeeper but current form indicates De Gea should not be in goal for any PL side ATM.

I disagree on Rashford!

Steve Bruce learnt from Ferguson as well, doesn’t make him tactically the best manager in the league. It’s total nonsense.
