The worst day of the year as I remember - 1st Monday in January
If you have a Resolution I hope it lasts fvkin nae chance.
Brighter times are ahead tho Literally.
Daylight hours have been getting longer for the past 15 days.
In a mere 68 days it'll be light until 8pm.
And your credit card bills will be much reduced by the same time.
Best o' luck in all your endeavours and fight them winter blues.

Hannah the hamsters away back to the weans nursery,noisey wee fooker nae wonder none of the kids wanted it over the holidays! The other night on her wheel for ages it was doing my nut it,so I jammed a fishing discorger between wheel and cage and fell asleep.Woke up the discorger was chewed to fook and she was on the wheel again..

Well I feel guilty about not feeling guilty
House to masel till Thursday, not gone over door & jimjams a' day.
Woke at 5am as per but unusually fell asleep again.
Up again at 9 for coffee & croissant watched Netflix then had a kip.
Markies roast BBQ chicken for lunch 2 beers & a 2 hr kip.
Came to about 3pm played guitar for an hour.
Watched Smithsonian Channel with a wee Merlot.
Left over Methi Ghost curry for dinner with a Peroni.
Shower & change of nightwear.
Having a dram and catching up on JA - a Carslberg day.

I need 2 or 3 days like this a year as I'm usually up & aboot.
January is perfect for one of them.
Guilt is tempered by the fact I paid my work taxes for 46 years.
And still pay it on my various pensions & royalties.
1st 4 years of marriage I had to brew ma ain beer couldn't afford
supermarket stuff
