Son and Moura are never ever in a million years going to be our main striker. That is three games in a row now in the Prem, and neither have scored.
Absolutely essential need to splash say £30 million on a striker. Plenty out there would join a CL club.
A point was OK today, could have been none, could have been all three. Deeney. Typically they sub they brought on in the 88th minute cleared the ball off the line.
Plus points today, Aurier had a superb game, great on the ball, strong, gets forward, everything you want from a modern full back. The new player got some minutes. Lo Celso did OK, as did Dele, Gazza saved a penalty.
Minus points Son, Lamela and Moura three of our senior players were all awful. Winks just aint cut out for football at this level. Taranga looks a bit overhyped, but he did improve as the game went on. Both Toby and Verts are struggling now, although they did put themselves on the line, just haven`t got the composure they used to have.
We go again against Norwich midweek.
Striker badly needed.

Should have been done in the summer. Our choices will be shiite for the rest of this month if we bother to go for one.

Plus Piatek... he got a good goal scoring record... £30m isn’t much these days...
We’ve got to do something... 3 league games without scoring, is just unacceptable & shows we are struggling without Kane..

It was reported as £19m but Bournemouth would know you're are desperate so £30m should do it.

100% we need a striker.
We don't need a backup either, we need someone to challenge Kane or allow us to rest Kane as he can't play a full season.
Plenty options out there not from the PL so not stupid money.
I'm a Rangers fan but I'd be happy with a Moussa Dembele from Lyon for example. Young and probably no more than £40m.

We managed to get through against Ajax and City without him...whilst our record was always pretty similar without him.
The difference is Poch played football which players like Moura and Son can work with. Jose's hoofball is no good to them.
