Should we win the league and play Everton the next game, a blue spokesman confirmed they would give us the guard of honour 👏

Think you should wait for something more #official.

From an outsider looking in, the Liverpool city derby never seems as hostile as others like the NLD, Glasgow, or Liverpool/Utd rivalry.

That’s mainly because in all those other games, both teams are to an extent, successful.

Liverpool however share a city with a club that not only struggles to win silverware but also finds great difficulty in winning derby matches alone.

So what we have is one side who wins the lot and are always happy whilst the other 40,000 blues have to watch on in complete bitterness and resentment.

Now whilst that’s sounds like I’m rubbing salt in their gaping wounds (which I am) - it’s also true.

Tottenham weren't much of a threat to Arsenal for quite a number of years but from experience there does seem to be more hatred between fans.

Even being mugged by a fake tweet, you guys are funny.

I hear this lad will be leading the guard of honour for Jorgen.
