The Bournemouth game is 2 days after the FA Cup game....I don't think Klopp will risk it.

We risk losing the cup game by resting a load of players. It's not Shrewsbury this time. So it's about priorities. League basically sewn up, where one game, even if lost, doesn't effect anything. Cup game, if you lose, you're out.

You're not not winning the league this year guys. So, if I were you, I'd go strong in those cup games and rotate in the league. Your fringe players should be enough to beat Bournemouth anyway.

yup.

he tried a really weak team v arsenal and after a 5-5 and pen win he decided to take himself out of the equation.

worked for league cup but when he tried it again last night clearly the kids have also "won football"

dunno what he can do bar make sure the team bus goes the wrong direction or gets stuck in traffic. mourinho tried that as well.

Played an ineligible player in the first round of the league cup.
Then decided he was not gonna show up and played the u18s against Villa

Played weakened teams against Everton & now Shrewsbury...also deciding it's not worth his time to even show up

Not sure how much more blunt the man has to be about where his priorities lie this season

Yes but once you get over that January period, you can reevaluate. I agreed with the rotation up to Shrewsbury but with Shrewsbury I understood his reasoning for it. The kids got through it. From now, with such a lead in the league we should be looking to win the competition.

Full strength against Chelsea, rest players for Bournemouth, full strength against Atletico. It's logical. Also it is what Klopp hinted at when instead of saying a load of kids would be playing against Chelsea, he said there may be an opportunity for one or two.

Looks like it will be a strong team v Chelsea.

Match has been arranged for Tuesday 3rd March.

He Saturday prior to that we are away at Watford. No chance the team are travelling back on Saturday night to then make the trip down again on Monday.

That also gives us 3.5 days before playing Bournemouth at home.
