Usually players that are around the first team squad for a couple of seasons like he has been, either break through or they don`t.

The same could have potentially happened to Skipp (thrown in against Liverpool then continued to play) and your comment if Tanganga was brought up could've been:

Are we forgetting tanganga is nearly 2 years older than Skipp.

So at Skipp age I bet hardly anyone here even knew of tanganga ( event though he was a top academy prospect back then ).

So that means Skipp is a head in his development and next season should go out on loan so when he hits 20/21 he’ll either be ready fully for the first team or ready to be sold.

It's not just that he's clueless, it's also that he decides what his agenda is going to be on certain players - like Aurier, Sanchez, Winks, Ndombele - and then he refuses to budge on that agenda even when he's proven wrong time and again. He's obviously so fragile that he can't handle the prospect of being wrong about something on an internet forum. And yet he keeps taken the same ridiculously extreme stances on everything, never learns from his idiotic actions. He's an embarrassment for a man of his age
