We have no height in the squad and for a lot of the match yesterday we were without Pablo and Alioski, and Douglas and Phillips were not on the pitch, but they've been trying to change things up from corners for some time.
But it is hard to imagine the chaos that our short corner routines create comes straight from the training ground.
Not a big fan of the short corner but can see it's value, the surprise element, as long as it has a plan. I cannot see a plan. The Alioski goal earlier in the season worked wonderfully, may have had a huge element of luck but I cannot see what they're are trying to achieve with short corner after short corner and some taken so quickly nobody seems to know what to do.
About time somebody pointed out to Bielsa that the short corner routine isn't working.

I get more excited from doing the fist chest pump for a corner than I do the fact we actually get one.

When we have possession, it's easy to see why we replaced Jansson with Ben White. But it was a risky decision to replace someone good in the air with someone who isn't and impact on set pieces has been there for all to see.
Incredible naivety in putting together a Championship squad that is so small and poor in the air.

Yep, everybody knows what the Championship is like, big burly strikers and centre halves and set pieces a major source of goals. Sheer negligence to have a team of full short a**es and to let the only player good in the air go

Roofe was actually good in teh air too despite being shorter, got quite a few headed goals from our style of play.

6/7 yards out, whole goal to aim at, and he puts it straight to the keeper. Terrible effort.

Spot on, TS, our lack of height costs us at both ends of the pitch. Does anyone know how many goals we have conceded from corners and free kicks?
