Clyde 0 v 3 Celtic

Morning troops.

All a bit meh yesterday as expected, credit to the players and manager for being professional and getting the job done.

The weather was absolutely horrific, we were across from the main stand and every time a ball came out to this side it just slowed right down or blew back the way. Bauer at one point nearly hit the corner flag facing him with a cross then the wind took it to a shot on target

Enjoyed the trip though, fairly short and a decent wee ground to get too and a big Stonehaven pub just a 5 minute walk away. We were in with the Clyde casuals, it was like something out of This is England although a few of them made the point known they were good republicans

The game itself was ok, good to see a few players back, i thought Elyounoussi was very good and Boli also played well, i'm still not convinced Taylor is better than him, he offers so much more going forward.

Ntcham was my MOTM, can't believe he looked up for it yesterday, last season he probably would have wanted to be on the bench, Lennon deserves a helluva lot of credit for the change in his attitude.

We got to see Klimala up top, not overly impressed to date but it's early days. He reminds me of Oli Burke which is worrying, in fairness though, not ideal conditions to show off your attributes.

Shved finally emerged from the shadows and even in 8 minutes he's a good wee footballer, he looks a goal threat as well, i can't believe he can't make the bench every week, he'd be a good option to have. Especially over Hayes, although i get Hayes is ideal for some games.

Bayo came on and looked decent, got a goal but his 2 other chances should have been buried, not clinical enough but there's definitely a player in there, put it this way, i like him more than Klimala so far.

Onto the next one now, Hearts on Wednesday and the big news is we have Biton and El Hammed, the Israeli gods back in the squad as they resume training today. Doubt either will play a part but both if they stay fit will be crucial for Copenhagen and Ibrox.

If everyone is fit, this would be my team:

Forster

El Hammed
Biton
Julien

Forrest/Frimpong
Brown
McGregor
Ntcham
Elyounoussi

Edouard
Griffiths

There are a lot of options for us now though, it's come at the perfect time.

Send it on

In a statement, the rescue team said: "All casualties lifted from Half Way Lochan by R151 and transported by Team to the Belford Hospital. Extremely lucky people. No winter kit - no ice axes, no crampons and as far as we are aware no maps.

"Three of the guys were in trainers! They were about 150 metres down into Coire Eoghainn on steep ice and if they had slipped or gone down any further consequences could have far more serious."

So they were from the Fort after all!

The tourist path up to the Lochan is a fatal attraction.

Someone froze to death on it a few year back - it was the end of May.
