Would have been nice to return with something on Tuesday but hey ho it wouldn't be Derby County if we had splattered Bristol and put in a Nou Campesq performance.......and won.
Frustrations continue but it still seems that we are going in the right direction. I can see what Phil is trying to do, the vast majority of us who stay to the end of games can see, but it's still galling to see the sloppy goals given away. If you think our goals were poor ones to concede, look at the ones we scored and see how sloppy Bristol's were.
Roos is expected to start as Hamer is ineligible to play. Huddz is still going be out and that injury is causing concern. Apart from the usual 'departed' pretty much everyone is available. But in what formation? And what combination?
Huddersfield was the scene of our first out of two away wins which means - and I've just worked this out - we could do the double over them..........

It’s a shame for Bogle. He put a good cross in when he came on but he made the mistake for the goal. But let’s not get on his back too much. After all Rooney gave the ball away in the first half and it took a great tackle from Davies to save him the blushes.
All teams make mistakes it’s just the ones that get punished that we remember.

The Scots have managed to breed out the footballing gene from the population. The days of great Scottish players like Mackay and Dalgleish are long gone. A shame for the Scots and football.

Shinnie needs a few games to get back to where he was before the injury but he’ll get there. Forced a save out of the keeper if memory serves.
He’s not a Holmes and to me Knight seemed the obvious choice off the bench but Phil went for the Scot. He did ok but as I said earlier the Holmes injury in my opinion was crucial today.

And don’t get me started on the back pass with Marriott in the second half. The Ref either doesn’t understand the rule or does and deliberately refused to enforce it.

Something quite rare. A couple of weeks ago we were 10 10 10 win draws and losses. We have moved on to 11, 11, 11. This can't last with only 13 games left as 13 is a prime number.
