Given that Mourinho has decided that Troy Parrott is not ready to play as our striker surely Spurs have to ask for an emergency transfer?
Barcelona have just had an emergency transfer granted so surely our case for one is fully justifiable?
We shouldn't have to play Dele Alli or Moura there for the rest of the season.
It was ridiculous not to even get a loan striker sorted in January so we need to take action as a club to sort out this mess.

Is any potential Barca signing eligible for the CL? I'd doubt whether it is as that's where the two differing laws collide. If Barca go through and play a PL side then their ability to sign an emergency striker should be declared unfair.

Well we have no choice but to blood parrott now. Deserves a chance and im excited to see him step up.
Sad state of affairs we were that stupid to not bring in anyone short term or long term.
That being said my head is telling me both Jose and Levy could not have been that silly maybe Kane is closer than we think?

Pretty sure you can still sign free agents.
Theres no transfer per se then, the player will have his own registration.

This is Parrott's opportunity. Maybe not against Chelsea, but then Jose did throw Tanganga in against Liverpool. It's either that or Lucas up top and Sessegnon out wide.. both exciting options!
