Liverpool league form is based more on luck than skill. Probably the most luckiest champions in PL history.

I've argued before that it's a weaker league than ever because City and Chelsea (particularly that Chelsea team) were breaking PL records repeatedly in recent years.

Current Liverpool will always be considered to be a great side because they've already won the CL and because they've been consistently so good and been able to win in any circumstances, when it matters. The points tally isn't that important imo (as I do think the league is weaker) but more the ability to maintain that level. A level that is better then everyone else in the PL and in Europe, more often than not

Chelsea attempted 206 shots more than they have faced after 27 league games.
Liverpool attempted 177 shots more than they have faced after 27 league games. Thats why you see Liverpool fluke so many wins as they don’t outplay many teams but sneak a win.

i used to not mind hafi but the man is just insane. rarely responds to anyone and just regurgitates more pointless stats. really doubt if he actually watches the games.

Yes I'm tired of Hafi too. But there is no reasonable solution.

yeah several wins in the last few games and several clean sheets in a weak league where no team except Livarpool can string together anything is not the place for optimism in achieving the unheralded 4th spot.

hardly like anyones suggesting united are going to overthrow the scousers is it.
