Online Ticket Shambles

Am I the only person who thinks that the Wolves ticket online purchase site is a complete shambles? Went online on Sunday to try to buy a ticket for the Bournemouth home game. I currently have 140 loyalty points but the site only shows 130, having not added my points for the last game I went to (Norwich). Phoned up and after a 20 minute wait was told there was a delay in updating the totals. Pointed out to the chap ( I know it wasn’t his fault) that this delay could mean that I might not get a ticket by the time I could next book (today Tuesday).

As it happens I went online today and there were a few tickets left so tried to book. Selected seat, went to checkout, wouldn’t let me. Tried again same result. Next time I tried that particular seat had gone. Selected another, still no joy. Finally phoned ticket office and after being told about ten times that everyone was busy finally got through. Then after. 30 minute delay finally spoke to someone and managed to book a ticket. Those phone calls will have cost me!

Asked the woman to confirm that the game was in fact on the Sunday not the Saturday as one area of the official site said. She confirmed Sunday. Told her (again not her fault) that some people could actually make travel arrangements for the Saturday(eg train tickets) and be out of pocket. She apologised.

On the website I found 3 different KO times: Saturday 3.00, Sunday 3.00, and even Sunday at midnight!

Checked my confirmation email which still say game is on the Saturday

Anyone know the actual KO time before I book a train ticket?

Nobody see things the same way as that lump-head. Hence, in his halfwitted world, everybody is Herb.

Simpleton. Fact.

I've had a similar issue when trying to buy away tickets, seems to be a problem when the final few tickets are being sold. System doesn't seem to be able to determine who the actual purchaser is. But in general don't have too many problems. Apart from the fact that they seem to hide the Europa fixtures away from the rest of the tickets in a secret place. Why not just list them alongside the other home and away fixtures?

There is a problem for the Europe and cup games for season ticket holders. You have to click a button to have the tickets uploaded to the season ticket card. But then the next page asks if you want the tickets delivered or print at home. So you are never quite sure if the ticket has been uploaded or not

Surprised at that bute, I always thought German football was reasonably priced

Bought ‘em at the ground at €29 each in the end. Fair price, and booze and food available all over the place. Toilets that were big enough for more than 10 fans at a time too. Impressed overall, although the players liked like ants.
