Mkhitaryan

“Once Mourinho saw me at breakfast and said to me: ‘Because of you, the press criticises me’. I replied: ‘Really ,mister? I’m not doing it on purpose’.

Asked if it’s true that Mourinho once told him to train more, Mkhitaryan confirmed the story.

“Yes, it’s true. It all started from there. I thought, ‘I have nothing else to add to Manchester. I work, help the team, score and someone is still dissatisfied’.

“I didn’t want to waste time and play football. Playing for Manchester United is still a once in a lifetime chance. Entering the pitch together with Ibrahimovic, Pogba, Mata, De Gea… If I had to go back in time, I would have renewed the contract with the Red Devils. But I don’t regret what I did."

Was so excited for Mkhi signing for us, but no surprise he had a diiickhead manager constantly bringing him down.

I think it’s just a simple case of Mourinho, and Man United, ruining talented attacking players. He was a bit weak, but I don’t think that was a big factor in how things went badly for him. There was a period when he finally got into the team regularly where he was playing quite well and United were playing football. Then Mourinho reverted to type and the shiiiiit on a stick football ensued and Mkhi went promptly down hill.

Who would have predicted that from Mourinho

The poor barstewards at spurs now have to put up with his BS

So you think his failure at Arsenal was completely down to a lack of confidence lost by Jose? And that his better performances in Europe was purely a coincidence?

I say his performances in the Europa were better because the opposition is worse.

I think his confidence clearly was a big problem. He had some good and bad games for Arsenal as well, another poor team playing poor football. He played better in Europa as the opposition was worse and the team set up to be more attacking as a result.

Timing and confidence is everything in football. He came at the wrong time to the wrong team, and that impacted his confidence. Not the first or last player for that to happen to.

I don’t think he is as mentally strong as other players either, which is why he’s a player that would only thrive in a confident team playing a certain style of football. The physicality of the league was always an overplayed factor.

Which is why I said it wasn’t just Jose, I’m aware Jose played a part in Mhki’s failure at the club, but not all of it.. F-ck me, maybe read what people write before commenting back.

This is why I refused to get overly excited by Bruno. Mkhitaryan looked fantastic initially too.

Let your heart not be troubled. Mhiki showed some flashes but Bruno is dominating. Two different players, and I like them both, but Bruno is on another level. Mhiki is defo a European player and not suited to the Prem. It's all going to be goodness Process.
