I’m absolutely gutted

at what has happened to spurs over the last decade. We’ve lost whl, the ground where my father saw Greaves, blanchflower, Mckay. Where I saw Hoddle, waddle,Gazza. Where we’ve had attacking manager such as bill nick, burkinshaw, rednapp and Poch.

We now have a soulless corporate shopping mall of a stadium, becoming full of tourists, with the highest ticket prices in Europe with some of the worst football in Europe. Me and my family can no longer afford to go to whatever that stadium is called. My 6 year old boy will not be going in the same way I went with my father.

All that money going to the highest paid manager and chairman around. For what? I can’t even abide to watch this team on television anymore.

Now you even have players jumping into the crowd to confront fans.

This club is poisonous. Rotten. It’s a complete disgrace. 2 trophies in nearly 35 years? Now we can’t even field a striker. At least when we were bad in the 90’s I could afford to go and we tried to play good football. Even then we had klinsmann, sheringham and ginola.

What an utter utter mess. I’ve never felt further from the club as I do today. I don’t recognise it and what’s more I am appalled at what it has become. It is worse than Arsenal right now.

Going to the ground feels like going to a wake for the club I once loved.

Still the ground was full last night so at least levy will be happy counting his millions.

Strict levy supporters will tell me how much better the club is today. It’s amazing training venue or the grand stadium. But what has it got you? Trophies? Attractive football? Affordable tickets?

Don’t tell me to play the long game with levy. He’s been there twenty years.

The new stadium is an absolute masterpiece, but unfortunately you are right about the prices and the working class fan not being able to afford it.

Unfortunately, Levy knows if the diehard fans don’t go, tourists and corporates will.

He would also rather sell 50k seats and make more money than sell 60k seats and make less

I don`t agree it is soulless and filled up with tourists, it isn`t. I have sat in every part of the stadium, and it is always filled up with very passionate Spurs supporters. Of course there will be some corporate, that happens at every club, Spurs are not alone. The majority though in the ground are hard core Spurs fans, 45,000 plus season ticket holders for a start. Then there are supporters like me, who go every game.

The season was over as soon as Son was injured. Lets face it. We all knew it would fall apart.

Jose still on a free pass as far as I'm concerned.

No point crying about Levy. Literally wasting your energy.

Agree mate, once Son got injured that was it. Alarming though that with just Kane, Son and Sissoko missing, the team collapse so easily.

We used to be a football club, these days we are nothing but a business.

Well said Smeg. It is extremely rare for me to comment but I have to say, never , never have I felt so low after listening to the game (in Canada) and I have been a "faithful" since 1954.
