So far this season we've reached;
- League Cup Semi Final
- FA Cup Quarter Final
- Last 16 of Europa
- 5th in the PL
If we beat the sides we "should" beat in the cups that could easily look like an FA Cup Semi and Europa QF.
That's a lot of games for Ole to juggle to have got this far, and a tough road ahead if we're to win anything and qualify for the CL.
However, the last 9 games have resulted in 6W, 3D, 0L.
22 Goals, 2 Conceded, 7 clean sheets and wins over Chelsea and Man City (yes there's the likes of Tranmere and Derby too).
Fernandes has given the squad and crowd a clear lift, Maguire has settled in, AWB even looks okay going forward at times. Hopefully with 2/3 starters signing in the summer we can see further improvement.
I know Ole doesn't have much history to back him up, and there's still the crunch period of the season to navigate, but right now I'm as excited as I've been since Fergie left.

I like Grealish, the problem is his best positions are taken up on the pitch by Rashford and Bruno. Right wing is out biggest weakness, which is why Sancho is the best fit and will most likely our main priority.
If you look around Europe there’s really not a lot of quality options for the right hand side. The best right sided performers have been Salah, Messi, Sancho and Mbappe. Only one of those is realistic for us.

It's all our best gu Mason. I do give it a bit of thought instead of reacting or choosing a side. I think you do too, so I'm not disagreeing with you, it would not surprise me if you were right, it's just my opinion.

I do get that. I’m not trying to make this about management either, as you could actually look back to United being in a similar position around 2004 - and even better placed - yet it took a few years for the main young guns to mature and for the team to develop the chemistry needed to compete for the title. Even with Fergie I think this team would need more time and transfers to get to the level Liverpool and City are capable of.

nowt wrong with Ighalo, just an age issue, but his 'type' or style of centre forward is the right kind of template
Bare minimum requirements - cannot mount a serious league campaign without all of the above - too many current first-team regulars are more squad players

Man Utd are in a false position points wise compared to teams around us who have played much worse than us but got similar points. Strange old season this. We should be not even worrying about top 4 this season but are in a league were very few points seperate 4th to 12th.

Hafi got a point. This has been a truly defunct season.
Makes for high drama in the closing stages, but quality wise, poor poor.
We should be 3rd easily.. right behind the foxes.
