For naming of the new stadium from Uncle Usmanov.
With Spurs looking for £25m per year this looks below fair market value. But the £12.5m deal for finch farm ends before this deal starts. So if a training ground is worth £12.5m, is £20 for the stadium too low?
Everton, £20m a year...

£20m a season? That won’t go far. Equivalent to a washed up Theo Walcott.

😂 £20m would only get you a third of Keita, if £60m only gets you a Naby then £200m is going nowhere.

£20m a season could get them 2.4 Andy Robertson’s but they’ll probably end up with Jessie Lingard

Things are worth what people are willing to pay. For a midtable club that's rarely if ever in Europe and never wins anything it seems decent.
The Angry Bird Stadium seems fitting too.

Robertson is a quality player

So looking at the city deal and the £12.5m a year just for the training ground then surely Everton will ask for more.
And more will be paid

£9m a year kit deal with that giant brand Hummel.
That’s not even half a Theo Walcott.

Whats shirt deal for to do with ground naming rights.
I guess it means that our commercial oak deals on average are worth more so we can charge more.
Thanks for pointing that out. Wonder how much UMC will be paying to be main shirt sponsor.
