What lifts your heart and spirit in these bleak times?
Driving home from work this week l listened to news of death on Radio 4 and then just before 6pm They played one of my fav classical tracks, Lark Asceding by V Williams, English composer.
What are you all listening to just now to lift the mood?.
I have so many musical tracks to choose from and genre's, so would reach for trance and dance music, or classical in sad times, or if rage is winning in my soul, Slipknot or SOAD
What gets you through it all?
Stay safe, look after yourselves and each other and never let the covid drag you down.
Music versus virus.

Surprised no ones mentioned the 60’s.... Particularly like listening to it when I’m in the kitchen. The music just sounds so pure, both rock and roll and the soul stuff.

Love most bands/artists from the 60’s. So many to choose from

60's musically were a one off.
Never been done before & never will again.
It was an orgazm of talent in terms of breadth & depth.
Even the less good bands were amazing.
Bands that never made it cos of the competition would walk it now.
