Sky has announced you can ‘pause’ Sky Sports, has anyone tried or succeeded in doing this, after phoning them - no joy, hours on ‘tinted web Sky sports ‘my account - pause’ just a constant spinning circle. Why have Sky not ‘paused’ all Sky sports packages and let the few that want to re-activate do so, surely that would have been more sensible, as it is I carry on paying for no reason, complete joke.

Mine is still spinning merrily, no sign of it having paused, bet they manage to re-activate subscriptions a damn sight faster. Shocking service imo.

Yeah, pausing it doesnt stop you getting the channels.

channels still on...fack all worth watching though

What is even worse with Sky, you can’t even phone or email a complaint, but they’re more than happy to carry on taking the cash, complete rip off, best part of 2 days and I’ve still not succeeded, disgraceful service.

What is worth noting is when you pause these channels it will wipe out any discounts you had on your account so you’d have to phone up and renegotiate them.
Sky... they give with one hand and take with the other.
