gang up together to screw City again.
All in an attempt to deny City the due process of appealing their CL ban.
They are no longer doing it in secret. Sad.
Well, what goes around usually comes around. Someday, the ball will be on our court and I hope to God that we screw these clubs.
Can't win on the pitch, so they are desperately trying to use the boardroom.

“If you go to court for possession of drugs, you might get a fine.”
Good analogy. An equally as frivolous waste of a courts time 😂

Think the FA and PL are awaiting the outcome of CAS to possibly open their own FFP investigation. That is likely to be far more damaging to City than the Uefa investigation.
City really do need CAS to exonerate them.

I wouldn’t want to see us get off the hook on a technicality though. If cas go through the process and uphold the decision then we will have to accept it and any subsequent investigation by the other bodies

Sure there is an argument about legalising drug use, but it is currently a crime and so works as an example.

City haven't actually committed a 'crime'.

I never said that they had. It is an analogy.

Well played all involved.

How's this described in law where a group of clubs are trying to interfare/influence the outcome of a judicial process?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Interfering?
They are interested parties with vested interest in the outcome. Their lawyer has simply made an application asking the court to admit them as interested parties and rightfully so. They will be allowed to participate and put some more nails in City's coffin.
While Liverpool were making annual losses of £50m, City were receiving hundreds of millions from their owners. Liverpool's owners are rich too and could have just did the same thing but they chose to follow the rules. Liverpool are bow better than City which proves you don't have to have oil money doped India your club to be successful.
City should face the music, lay the smackdown on them and strip them of their titles and trophies and give them to proper football clubs that deserve them, instead of allowing City's owners to sportswash the world into turning a blind eye to their atrocities.
Its funny seeing City fans acting like victims

It wasn't justified, it was a UEFA stitch up as they changed their rules straight after City had filed their accounts.

Does INNOCENT until proven GUILTY apply here?
If so, then let the appeal process officially work itself through the system.

Not really. Its an appeal so technically guilt has already been proven.
I get your point though. Best to wait for the appeal to be heard.
