I have no idea what the production or procurement capacity is for the NHS with regards to PPE.. but on the delivery side, the entire organisation (both sides of a the border) is flat out.
My mum is 60. Is currently working 12 hour shifts on a 7/7 rota now.. so 84 hour weeks doing largely manual labour (hauling stock around to wards). My dad is also 83 on Sunday so she's got that on her plate too.
Anyhoo.. I know that everyone in her health board are doing absolutely everything they can, from top to bottom with the resources they've got.
