No they beat us 2-0 back in Spain in the 2nd leg. Lost to Valencia in the next round. Decent 0-0 at home in the 1st leg then beaten 3-0 away

When everyone played 442

I was actually there at that game. Went with a mate who had a spare and was at the top left of the Kop. Leeds were superb that night and Rio Ferdinand put in a pretty much perfect performance. Quality free kick from Harte too. One of the loudest games I've ever been to.

I remember wanting Leeds to win that game so bad. Valencia knocked us out in the previous round and I hated them for it

That Valencia team was very, very good. Deportivo also has valeron who was a really classy player.
