Premier League's Greatest Managers

Only one winner but the order for the rest is a tricky one

Does Sir Bobby deserve to be on the BBC's list?

Basically the debate should boil down to who the best PL manager is between Wenger, Mourinho and Pep.

It’s all weirdly subjective anyway. What Eddie Howe has done, for example, is a miracle that few other managers in the list could do. Pulis kept teams up that all these greats would struggle to do.

Howe has been underwhelming as a PL manager. Would struggle to make a top 20.

Howe’s overrated.

Howe has done very well at the equivalent of a division 2 side. Make no bones about it, Bournemouth are dwarfed by non old firm Scottish clubs they just won the pl lottery and had a manager who kept them up, so Howe has done a supreme job.,

He’s not good enough to step up a level in the PL. But how he made them a solid PL side from league 2 is ridiculously impressive

Rodgers, Redknapp, Allardyce, Pulis, Martinez, Koeman, Klopp, Poch, Hodgson would all be above Howe out of managers that haven't won a title, just to name some.

Howe’s approaching his sell by date at Bournemouth, especially since they’ve spent some big money by their standards. They haven’t really improved much since coming to the PL, barely challenged the top 6 either.

Think they've been closer to the bottom 3 than the top 4 each season they've been in the league. And it's not like he's done well in the cups to compensate for underwhelming league campaigns.

I like Howe and want to see him do well but so far he's not been doing the business.

Don’t get the hype around Howe at all, Dyche is a far better manager
