There is that possibility. And the effects could alter the tactics usually used during transfer windows.

Will also be interesting to see how many clubs result in keeping hold of their key players or are still forced to sell to balance the books.

Also worth considering the impact it has on the prem will weaken them financially when buying abroad - harder to rip them off if they aren’t as financially secure as they have been the last few years.

True but we'd still be famous with a rich prestigue history if our owners werent hampering us. They rely on the Arab whereas we'd be better off.
