That's good news, if they stop the relegations via this then fair play to everyone involved for at least getting to the right outcome.

Still TBD - I expect someone to issue a legal challenge - probably Thistle?

Hopefully, they have some sort of assurance from Sky because they are likely to use any argument to get a reduction in the deal from August if they think they can. More households are going to be skint and cancelling Sky so they will feel the pinch and might be bassas about it?
