A true legend and a great bloke.

Tragic that he and The Cat, both legends of the 70 FA Cup Final, should be lost in one week!
RIP Bite yer legs!

Devastated at this news. I was in my car and it came on the news.
Such a great man. I met him at ER a couple of times and he always had time for everyone he came into contact with.
Hopefully he’s up there having a round of golf with my dad.
RIP Norman. Never forgotten

RIP to the big fella. Great servant to Leeds and never shirked a tackle. Yet another sad loss to go with all the others we've had recently.

Just found out, really hit me hard. I grew up on the likes of Hunter et al. Legend doesn't cover it.
RIP Sir.

Too young to have had the pleasure of seeing him play, but a real hero to my old man. It was stories about the likes of Hunter that made me fall in love with this club. Had the pleasure of meeting him a few years back and was quickly made aware of his legendary status just by how the entire room was in awe of him.
Thoughts are with his family, RIP, MOT x

Absolutely stunned by this news - I'd convinced myself that he was going to recover. Tragic that this should happen and even more so right now on the brink of promotion - bite your legs deserved to see us go up.
