Ok, so it might have been recorded. Either that or he's a terrible conversationalist who didn't let me get a word in other than my initial "Hello?". I also hear that there have been similar messages from others within the club, including Christian Fuchs and the Birch. Frankly, it's hard to imagine one from the Birch that doesn't go on for three hours.
To those who haven't been deemed important enough yet, it covered the kind of things you'd expect - respect for the carers, homeschooling is a challenge that I entirely sympathise with, we all want to get back to football soon too, we miss your regular Player Ratings articles, all that sort of thing.
Still, nice for the club to stay in touch with the community.

I'm in L1 Dunge, we don't get things from the club like phone calls, let's face it we don't even get a clapper, thanks for letting the proletariat know what the club are doing for fans

I got a message from someone with a strange foreign accent, half expecting him to end with 'I'll be back'.
