Michael Robinson

Sad to hear of Michael Robinson passing away with melanoma cancer at 61.

Younger fans might not remember him, but I do and even as a Spurs supporter I appreciated what he brought to Liverpool in the 1980’s.

In a team of star players like Dalglish, Hansen, Rush & Souness he still looked comfortable and at home when he played.

He was also part of the 1984 European Cup winning team and a very popular player for Eire too.

I am astounded and a bit sad that more Liverpool fans have not made a comment about Michael Robinson passing away.

This is the only thread I can see about it & I am a Spurs supporter😳

Possibly to do with the age profile on here, after all it was over 35 years ago🙄
