I've spent the whole day trying to work it out but it doesn't make sense.

49.00 + 49.00 = 98.00 money you owe
Equals 100. Your £1 is part of the 98 you owe.

As much as I support Man Utd I wouldn't pay £97 for a shirt. Your parents should have told you to get a job and earn the money to pay for it. I hope you haven't got them using their pensions to pay for your season ticket at OT.
