If your aunt had balls and all that and this is all hypothetical but if we had kept Ronaldo we’d have won 7 titles in a row imo.
That is unprecedented in the modern era in the top leagues.
In his last 7 seasons SAF won 5 leagues and only lost the other 2 by a point and by goal difference and you’d have to think Ronaldo would have won us those two as well.
All hypothetically as I said but it’s such a shame he didn’t grow up in Manchester

The point is that Mourinho tormented Sir Alex for the last 10 years of his career and had Mourinho stayed in the PL, Sir Alex's legacy would have been forever ruined because he wouldn't have been able to compete with Mourinho. What happened to Wenger basically would have happened to Sir Alex.
